Delivery and Payment

Pursuant to Section 312j (1) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the Entrepreneur shall inform the Consumer that a delivery will only be made to addresses in European countries. For deliveries to other countries within the EU, please contact support@macu4.com.
For deliveries in Switzerland, please visit the website www.macu4.ch.
Payment can be made by bank transfer (payment in advance is possible).
We deliver with a chargeable standard shipping option. The shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery address and displayed in the final cost offer.
Shipping costs within Germany (< 5 kg):
We charge a flat shipping fee of € 7,00 plus VAT.
Shipping outside of Germany (< 5kg):
We charge a flat shipping fee of € 15,00 plus VAT.
Terms of delivery:
(1) Products that are available in standard sizes are ready for shipment within 24 hours. This applies in particular to the Lynk system in standard colours, Explorer modules without length compensation and the Lumo system.
(2) Products that need to be configured based on measurement data are ready for dispatch within 12 to 15 working days. This applies in particular to the Explorer socket RS and Explorer modules with length compensation.
(3) The dispatch of other custom-made products, with the exception of the Explorer socket RS, depends on the case.
