Delivery times:

Products in standard sizes and colors: Generally ready to ship within 2 business days of order confirmation.

Custom-made products based on a standardized design principle: 15–20 business days from order confirmation.

Custom-made products not based on a standardized design principle: as per the quote and upon order confirmation.

Shipping costs:

We offer a standard shipping option for a fee. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and will be displayed in the final quote.

Within Switzerland: Flat-rate shipping fee of CHF 9.00 plus VAT.

Terms of payment:

Payment must be made by bank transfer within 30 days (advance payment is accepted).
