Measure your arm easily and accurately with our easy measurement guide
Want to choose the right product? No problem!
In preparation for determining the appropriate product type and size, you should make the following.

Preparations
Take a look at the Quick Guide for measuring. Measure your arm with a tailor's tape measure.

Select the base component
Select a cuff if the forearm length is more than 12 cm. Select a shaft if the forearm length is between 5 and 12 cm.
Measurement - Cuff
If the initial measurement shows that your arm is > 12 cm long, select the cuff and follow the steps listed here.

Circumference - Cuff
Determine the size of the cuff (circumference). The measurement is taken at the wrist and 10 cm behind the wrist.

Length compensation - Cuff
Sit on a chair, stretch out your arm and place your palm flat on the seat. Measure from the bone protrusion on the inside of the elbow to the surface of the seat.
Measuring - socket
If the initial measurement in shows that your arm is between 5 and 12 cm long, then select the shaft and follow the steps listed here.

Use the print template
Check the printout and take photo 1. Look at the photo-based measuring instructions for taking the measurements.

Create the measurements
Mark your arm with a pen. Take photos. Make sure the photos are of good quality.

Compensation - Arm length
Use the template. Place both arms stretched out over the template. The elbow bend of both arms must be visible or marked with a pen.

Circumference - Upper arm
The measurement is taken in the upper arm area (after the elbow joint) using a tailor's tape measure.
