Lumo Cuff

The cuff is too large – what can I do?

Ensure that the cuff is positioned as shown in the instructions for use. Try tightening the Velcro straps on the fastener. If the cuff still does not fit, please send us a few photos to support@macu4.com and briefly describe your problem.

The cuff causes painful pressure marks – what can I do?

Ensure that the cuff is positioned as shown in the instructions for use. Try loosening the Velcro straps on the fastener. Check that the pad is not wrinkled and is positioned so that it extends beyond all edges. Pressure points may also be a sign that the size is not correct. If the problem persists, please send us a few photos to support@macu4.com and briefly describe your problem.

Lumo Socket

The socket is too large – what can I do?

Ensure that the socket is positioned as shown in the instructions for use. Try tightening the Velcro straps on the fastener. You can also try wearing a prosthetic sock. If the socket still does not fit, please send us a few photos to support@macu4.com and briefly describe your problem.

The socket is too small – what can I do?

Ensure that the shaft is positioned as shown in the instructions for use. Try loosening the Velcro straps on the fastener. If the shaft still does not fit, please send us a few photos to support@macu4.com and briefly describe your problem.

Lumo Modules

The module (used with the Lumo socket) is not in the desired orientation – what can I do?

The module connector can be rotated. To do this, pull the pin out of the device, turn the module connector to the desired position and then reinsert the pin.

I don't know how to use the HOLD module – what can I do?

The HOLD module is designed to hold thin objects such as spoons, forks or pens. Watch the explanatory video for the Lynk HOLD Lock Module – it is based on the same principle as the Lumo HOLD module.

I don't know how to use the CLIC module – what can I do?

The CLIC head is attached to handles, bars or handlebars and can be secured with cable ties if necessary. The cuff allows you to click in and out easily. Watch the explanatory video about the Lynk CLIC module to find out more about how it works.

The ROLL module makes a rattling noise – is this normal?

Yes! It was developed for this purpose, among other things – as a rattle.
